Lodge Executive Committee
The Lodge Executive Committee consists of the lodge officers (including the immediate past lodge chief), lodge committee chairmen and their advisers, the staff adviser, the lodge adviser, and the Scout executive. The executive committee is the steering committee of the lodge. It faces the problems, studies possible solutions, and then, through the lodge or chapter committee organization, acts. It carries out the business of the lodge, coordinating the work being done by officers and operating committees.

The NOAC Committee organizes a contingent from Wa-Hi-Nasa to attend the National Order of the Arrow Conference. They promote and plan for lodge members to have a great experience while attending a once-in-a-lifetime Scout event.

The Vigil Honor is the highest honor that the Order of the Arrow can bestow upon its members for service rendered. The Vigil Committee meets once a year to select recipients for this honor who have rendered service to the lodge for two years since becoming a Brotherhood member

This committee plans a five-day long event that consists of engaging merit badges, fun activities, and two action packed campfires.

Camp Promotions
This chair makes and maintains a program to promote all camping activities and locations within the Middle Tennessee Council. They are in charge of compiling and updating a list of descriptions for all council camps, council events, and MTC-approved camp locations.

Chapter Relations
This committee establishes and continues good relations with units in the Council by clarifying any misconceptions about the OA. They are also responsible for obtaining unit information and updating it in our records.

This committee is responsible for coordinating the Unit Elections process in all of the Chapters in our Lodge.

The Vice Chief of Program oversees all program and fun events that are put on by the Lodge. These are activities that focus on the brotherhood and fellowship aspects of the Order and help keep members engaged by having fun.

The Order of the Arrow is founded on the principle of cheerful service. The Lodge Vice Chief of Service is responsible for putting on Induction Weekends throughout the year, providing service at all Lodge events, and providing service to Scouting in Middle Tennessee.

A candidate’s experience in the OA is not complete until they become a Brotherhood member. The Brotherhood committee guides all those who are eligible to become Brotherhood members.
Continue to provide service to Scouting in your unit and the Lodge for 6 months after becoming an OA member. Once you do, attend a Brotherhood review and seal your membership in the OA. - Blake D.Ceremonies

This committee assembles and trains ceremonialists to conduct the many ceremonial functions in the OA. Ceremonialists perform ceremonies to improve the experience for Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil candidates.

The Lodge Treasurer is responsible for setting the Lodge budget for the year. The Treasurer approves the purchase of all materials for Lodge programs and events to make sure the budget is balanced.

The awards committee works to recognize the efforts made by youth and adults in service to the Lodge. The committee, made up of select Arrowmen appointed by the Lodge Chief, reviews all award nominations and selects recipients to be recognized at the annual Winter Banquet.
