Howdy y’all! My name is Ethan and I am the ArrowCorps111 Chair for 2025. I’d like to personally invite you to ArrowCorps111 on October 11th, 2025 8 AM to 4 PM. We will do conservation work at Grimes Canoe Base, such as restoring campsites, addressing erosion, and rebuilding a section of fence! Registration is free, but you must fill out the Google Form found on the ArrowCorps page of the Lodge website. Lunch and a special ArrowCorps lodge flag are provided! Winter Camp Staff

Winter Camp is your chance to step up, have fun, and make memories you’ll never forget. You’ll get to serve the council, meet new friends, and be part of the Viking Voyage adventure. There’s a spot for everyone whether you want to help in the kitchen, run activities, take care of the camp, work on conservation projects, or help at the trading post. As staff, you’ll enjoy perks like exclusive gear, staff-only events, extra free time at camp, and building friendships that last long after camp ends.If you are interested in staffing please fill out the staff interest form here.

2026 LEC Interest Form

2026 is almost here and it’s time to start thinking about the LEC next year. There are dozens of positions for you to fill and find a purpose in the lodge. You could be cooking food, leading a service corps, or managing a website.  If you’re an adult and are looking for a way to further mentor and advise the bright youth of our lodge, we would love your interest too! You can fill out this form to give us an idea of how we can best use your unique skillset to help the lodge, and our youth, grow. Vigil Honor Nominations

Brothers, it’s that time of year again! Vigil Honor nominations are now open! You can submit your nomination through the lodge website here. To be eligible, a candidate must: Be a brotherhood member for at least 2 years, be currently registered in scouting, and have demonstrated significant service to the lodge and the broader Scouting community. All nominations are due by Saturday of the August Induction Weekend, so don’t wait — help recognize those who go above and beyond!

The lodge is thrilled to invite you to ArrowCorps 111, a remarkable service project taking place on October 11, 2025, at Grimes Canoe Base. This unique initiative offers participants the opportunity to contribute to a Middle Tennessee Council Property. Join us as we engage in cheerful service all while fostering a love for nature and creating a deeper understanding of conservation practices. Design a New Lodge Logo

Calling all creative Arrowmen: Design the next Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge logo!

Share your vision and leave a lasting mark on our lodge’s legacy!

The Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge is officially opening a call for logo/iconography design submissions from all members of our brotherhood. We are looking for a modern and inspiring logo that captures the spirit of our lodge! This new logo will be used alongside our totem logo in publications and merchandise.

Spring Summit

Join the Lodge Leadership Team for 2025!

Are you interested in getting involved in amazing leadership activities with the Lodge? These range from running an event, making publications, being a part of service, and even running this very website.

You can get involved by filling out this form and submitting your information to join the Lodge Executive Committee for 2025!

Adults (21+) can also fill out this form to show interest in mentoring these youth in their chair positions.

Chair Positions are Described Below:

  • Winter Camp – Run the once-a-year MTCBSA Winter Camp at Boxwell
  • Vigil – Lead the lodge’s vigil team to select and honor members with the highest honor in the OA (Must be a Vigil honor member)
  • Spoke – Retain the knowledge of the lodge by gathering best practices and lessons learned from all the chairs
  • Construction – Plan and execute construction projects for the lodge
  • Spring Shindig – Plan and run the lodge spring training event
  • Conclave – Coordinate the lodge’s contingent to the E3 Section Conclave
  • Cracker Barrels – Plan and run the four summer camp cracker barrels at the lodge on Wednesday nights
  • Fall Fellowship – Plan and execute the lodge’s fall fellowship event
  • Winter Banquet – Plan and run the end-of-year lodge celebration banquet
  • Induction Weekends – Plan and execute both of the Induction Weekends at Boxwell where new members join
  • Elangomat – Coordinate and train Elangomats to serve at both Induction Weekends
  • Brotherhood – Coordinate the elevation of members to the Brotherhood honor (Must be a Brotherhood or Vigil honor member)
  • Kitchen – Run the kitchen at all four events at Boxwell and serve up amazing food
  • Ceremonies – Coordinate the lodge’s ceremonies teams to conduct ceremonies at events (Must be a Brotherhood or Vigil honor member)
  • Service Crew – Manage the behind-the-scenes team that helps make events happen
  • Unit Elections – Help the Chapter Chiefs schedule and conduct unit elections at the local level to allow new members to join the OA
  • Unit Relations – Help establish positive relationships between the OA and units in the Council
  • Flying Eagle – Publish newsletters that go out to all the lodge members
  • Website – Manage the website and lodge’s Google account
  • Social Media – Run the lodge’s Facebook and Instagram
  • eNews – Publish monthly emails with Lodge news that go out to every lodge member
  • New Member Guide – Publish the guide for all new members to receive after their induction
  • Slack – Manage the lodge’s Slack workspace
  • Trading Post – Create and sell new items in the lodge trading post
  • Awards – Manage the selection committees and procurement of awards for the lodge Winter Banquet
  • Registration – Manage the lodge registration team at events
