Spring Summit

Spring Summit is as mad as a hatter, and we hope you will join us to help make this event crazy! The event will take place at Boxwell Scout Reservation on March 7th-9th. This is our annual fellowship and training event! Join us down the rabbit hole for wacky food and sessions that cover all kinds of leadership and OA topics! ArrowCorps111 Leadership Interest

The Lodge is thrilled to invite you to ArrowCorps 111, a service project taking place on October 11, 2025, at Grimes Canoe Base. Make sure to save the date, more information regarding registration will be coming soon.

This unique initiative offers participants the opportunity to contribute to a Middle Tennessee Council Property. While fostering a love for nature and creating a deeper understanding of conservation practices.

Few people get to experience the world’s natural beauty and understand what true fellowship is all about. Next summer, the Order of the Arrow invites you to this rare occasion and to participate in the OA High Adventure program.

Join the Lodge Leadership Team for 2025!

Are you interested in getting involved in amazing leadership activities with the Lodge? These range from running an event, making publications, being a part of service, and even running this very website.

You can get involved by filling out this form and submitting your information to join the Lodge Executive Committee for 2025!

Adults (21+) can also fill out this form to show interest in mentoring these youth in their chair positions.

Chair Positions are Described Below:

  • Winter Camp – Run the once-a-year MTCBSA Winter Camp at Boxwell
  • Vigil – Lead the lodge’s vigil team to select and honor members with the highest honor in the OA (Must be a Vigil honor member)
  • Spoke – Retain the knowledge of the lodge by gathering best practices and lessons learned from all the chairs
  • Construction – Plan and execute construction projects for the lodge
  • Spring Shindig – Plan and run the lodge spring training event
  • Conclave – Coordinate the lodge’s contingent to the E3 Section Conclave
  • Cracker Barrels – Plan and run the four summer camp cracker barrels at the lodge on Wednesday nights
  • Fall Fellowship – Plan and execute the lodge’s fall fellowship event
  • Winter Banquet – Plan and run the end-of-year lodge celebration banquet
  • Induction Weekends – Plan and execute both of the Induction Weekends at Boxwell where new members join
  • Elangomat – Coordinate and train Elangomats to serve at both Induction Weekends
  • Brotherhood – Coordinate the elevation of members to the Brotherhood honor (Must be a Brotherhood or Vigil honor member)
  • Kitchen – Run the kitchen at all four events at Boxwell and serve up amazing food
  • Ceremonies – Coordinate the lodge’s ceremonies teams to conduct ceremonies at events (Must be a Brotherhood or Vigil honor member)
  • Service Crew – Manage the behind-the-scenes team that helps make events happen
  • Unit Elections – Help the Chapter Chiefs schedule and conduct unit elections at the local level to allow new members to join the OA
  • Unit Relations – Help establish positive relationships between the OA and units in the Council
  • Flying Eagle – Publish newsletters that go out to all the lodge members
  • Website – Manage the website and lodge’s Google account
  • Social Media – Run the lodge’s Facebook and Instagram
  • eNews – Publish monthly emails with Lodge news that go out to every lodge member
  • New Member Guide – Publish the guide for all new members to receive after their induction
  • Slack – Manage the lodge’s Slack workspace
  • Trading Post – Create and sell new items in the lodge trading post
  • Awards – Manage the selection committees and procurement of awards for the lodge Winter Banquet
  • Registration – Manage the lodge registration team at events
