ArrowCorps 111

Howdy y’all! My name is Ethan and I am the ArrowCorps111 Chair for 2025. I’d like to personally invite you to ArrowCorps111 on October 11th, 2025 8 AM to 4 PM. We will do conservation work at Grimes Canoe Base, such as restoring campsites, addressing erosion, and rebuilding a section of fence! Registration is free, but you must fill out the Google Form found on the ArrowCorps page of the Lodge website. Lunch and a special ArrowCorps lodge flag are provided! Winter Camp Staff

Winter Camp is your chance to step up, have fun, and make memories you’ll never forget. You’ll get to serve the council, meet new friends, and be part of the Viking Voyage adventure. There’s a spot for everyone whether you want to help in the kitchen, run activities, take care of the camp, work on conservation projects, or help at the trading post. As staff, you’ll enjoy perks like exclusive gear, staff-only events, extra free time at camp, and building friendships that last long after camp ends.If you are interested in staffing please fill out the staff interest form here.

2026 LEC Interest Form

2026 is almost here and it’s time to start thinking about the LEC next year. There are dozens of positions for you to fill and find a purpose in the lodge. You could be cooking food, leading a service corps, or managing a website.  If you’re an adult and are looking for a way to further mentor and advise the bright youth of our lodge, we would love your interest too! You can fill out this form to give us an idea of how we can best use your unique skillset to help the lodge, and our youth, grow. We have something for everyone and I know you can find something you will love. I want you to be a part of the Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge.

Vigil Honor Nominations

Brothers, it’s that time of year again! Vigil Honor nominations are now open! You can submit your nomination through the lodge website here. To be eligible, a candidate must: Be a brotherhood member for at least 2 years, be currently registered in scouting, and have demonstrated significant service to the lodge and the broader Scouting community. All nominations are due by Saturday of the August Induction Weekend, so don’t wait — help recognize those who go above and beyond!

The lodge is thrilled to invite you to ArrowCorps 111, a remarkable service project taking place on October 11, 2025, at Grimes Canoe Base. This unique initiative offers participants the opportunity to contribute to a Middle Tennessee Council Property. Join us as we engage in cheerful service all while fostering a love for nature and creating a deeper understanding of conservation practices. Let’s come together to positively impact and create an unforgettable experience at one our Middle Tennessee Council camps!

August Induction Weekend

Do you want a meaningful way to serve our lodge and make connections with new members? Staff August Induction Weekend! Vigil Honor Nominations

The Vigil Honor is best upon members who show excellence in service towards the lodge, council, camp, and Scouting. Any Lodge member may submit a nomination to any other eligible member. It is Important that members consider nominating someone this year. Vigil requires a minimum of 2 years of service after the date of their Brotherhood ceremony. Fall Fellowship

There’s been a seemingly apocalyptic anomaly at Boxwell. This mysterious transmission is telling me that the operation: Fall Fellowship will take place from 9/20 – 9/22. Winter Camp Staff Interest Form

Want to staff winter camp? Now is the time to fill out your winter camp staff interest form! The theme this year is Galactic Frontier. All OA members are eligible to serve on staff. Winter camp is one of the most important ways we serve our council and is an opportunity for everyone to see what our lodge can do. Applicants will be contacted to confirm their service after completing application.

August Induction Weekend

Come sign up and consider serving as an Elangomat! The August Induction will be held at Boxwell Reservation on August 4-6. Cost for members is $35 and Elangomat cost is $20. Visit us at the link below to register for the event and sign up to serve on staff.

Vigil Honor Nominations

Those members who consistently go above and beyond for the lodge, council, camp, and Scouting as a whole are awarded the Vigil Honor. Youth and adults alike are eligible to obtain this prestigious honor. A minimum of two years must have passed since the nominee’s Brotherhood ceremony, they must be registered as an active lodge member, and have maintained their volunteer work throughout that time. Nominations are due by the Saturday evening of August Induction on 8/5.

Fall Fellowship: Wa-Hi-Nascar

Three words. Start. Your. Engines! It’s time for a Fast Fall Fellowship!

From September 16 – 18, 2023 at Boxwell Reservation, get rev’ed up and ready for a racing weekend at Fall Fellowship. We’ll have action packed car and racing themed activities sure to be fun for everyone. Some of the highlights will include: a Saturday Morning Car Show, Automotive Maintenance Training and Relays, RC Car Races, a Pinewood Derby, and Lodge Officer Elections.

ArrowCorps 111

The lodge is thrilled to invite you to ArrowCorps 111, a remarkable project taking place on October 21st, 2023, at Parish Scout Reservation. This unique initiative offers participants the opportunity to contribute to the construction of an engaging orienteering course while embracing conservation projects. Join us as we build an exciting course that will challenge and inspire, all while fostering a love for nature and creating a deeper understanding of conservation practices.

NOAC 2024 at the University of Colorado

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the BSA National Jamboree in size and scope. Next year NOAC will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder from July 29 to August 3, 2024! Keep an eye out for updates!
