Welcome New Members!

Dear Arrowman,
It is my absolute honor to welcome you to our brotherhood of cheerful service. Joining the Order of the Arrow is a significant step in your Scouting journey, and you are now part of a legacy that spans generations, committed to leadership, service, and fellowship.

Our lodge is built on the shared values of the Scout Oath and Law, and our mission is to uphold those principles while making a meaningful impact on others. Whether through service projects, leadership opportunities, or memorable lodge events, I encourage you to embrace every moment of this adventure. Here are a few key ways to get involved:

1.Attend Lodge Events: Our calendar is filled with exciting events. These gatherings are fantastic opportunities to meet fellow members, give service, and create lasting friendships.
2.Join a Service Area: Our lodge thrives because of the dedication of our members. Whether you’re interested in ceremonies, service crew, or the kitchen, there’s a place for you to contribute.
3.Reach Brotherhood: Brotherhood is your next step in the lodge, after being an active lodge member for six months you are eligible to go through brotherhood.

The Order of the Arrow is often described as Scouting’s national honor society, but it’s much more than a title. It’s a chance to grow as a leader, make a positive impact, and build memories that will last a lifetime. Your journey is just beginning, and I’m excited to see the contributions you’ll make to the lodge and your unit. If you have questions or need guidance, please reach out. My fellow lodge members and I are here to support you every step of the way! Congratulations on your induction, welcome to the Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge, where our legacy is built on fellowship, brotherhood, and cheerful service. Together, we’ll continue to make a difference in the lives of others and the world around us.
Yours in Brotherhood,
Ephraim Rodenbach 2025 Lodge Chief
